FAQ
Questions coaches ask.
Do I need an account?
No. You can set up your team and make graphics without signing in. Signing in with Apple or Google is free and lets you restore your team on a new phone. Backup and sync is part of Pro.
Which sports does it support?
Clubpost is built for football, from 5-a-side to 11-a-side, for youth, adult, men's and women's teams.
Can more than one coach use it?
Each person uses Clubpost on their own phone. With Pro, signing in on another device restores your team so you can carry on there.
Is it OK for kids' teams?
Yes. You choose whether each player's photo can be shown, and can show initials instead of full names. Only add photos you have permission to use, usually from a parent or guardian for under-18s.
How do I cancel Pro?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. You can also ask us to delete it.
