Terms of use

Last updated: 13 October 2026

The short version

Use Clubpost to make graphics for your team. Only upload crests, logos and photos you have the right to use, and get permission before adding players' photos.

Pro is a subscription through Apple or Google. It renews until you cancel, and you cancel in your store settings.

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and TapMax Apps ("we", "us"), the developer of Clubpost ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies. Where these terms and Apple's licence differ, these terms apply as far as the law allows.

2. Who can use Clubpost

Clubpost is for coaches, managers, club officials and volunteers. You must be at least 16 to create an account or buy a subscription, and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, or have your parent's or guardian's permission. If you use Clubpost for a club, you confirm you're allowed to create content on its behalf.

3. Your licence to use the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for making graphics for your teams. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, or extract its templates, designs or fonts for use elsewhere, except where the law allows.

4. Your content

"Your content" means everything you add: team names, crests, sponsor logos, player names and photos, and anything else you type or upload. You keep ownership of it. You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to run the app for you, including backing it up when you use backup and sync.

You promise that:

  • you have the right to use any crest, logo, sponsor mark or photo you add;
  • you have permission to use each player's name and photo, from a parent or guardian for anyone under 18, in line with your club's safeguarding and photography policies;
  • your content isn't unlawful, defamatory, hateful or abusive, and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

You own the graphics you create and can use them for your club, including on social media and in sponsor materials. The templates, layouts and artwork inside them remain ours, so please don't sell the templates themselves or pass them off as your own design product.

5. Clubpost Pro subscriptions

  • What you get. Pro unlocks the features described in the app at the time you subscribe, such as the full design library, player cards, photo cut-outs, sponsor logos, multiple teams, backup and sync, and graphics without the "Made with Clubpost" tag. We may add, change or retire individual designs and features over time.
  • Billing. Subscriptions are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play and billed to your store account. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
  • Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Free trials. If a free trial is offered, you won't be charged until it ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Trials are for new subscribers only.
  • Cancelling. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Clubpost account does not cancel it. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
  • Price changes. If we change the price, Apple or Google will tell you in advance, and where required, ask you to agree before the new price applies.
  • When Pro ends. Your teams, squads and fixtures stay on your phone. Pro-only features are locked again, and backup and sync stops.

6. Accounts, backup and sync

Signing in is optional. Keep your Apple or Google account secure, because anyone with access to it can access your Clubpost data. Backup and sync aims to keep your data safe across devices, but please don't treat it as your only copy of anything important. Scores, match events, player cards and graphics are stored only on your phone, as described in our privacy policy.

7. Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • use Clubpost to harass, bully or embarrass anyone, especially young players;
  • upload content you don't have the rights or permission to use;
  • try to access other people's data, overload or attack our systems, or get around Pro restrictions;
  • use the app for anything illegal.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and remove content from our servers where we're required to or it puts others at risk.

8. Club names, crests and trade marks

Clubpost is an independent tool. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any football association, league, club or kit brand. Names, crests and logos you add belong to their owners. Example teams and players shown in the app and on this website are fictional.

9. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Clubpost running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. We may update the app, and some updates may be needed to keep using it. If we ever stop offering Clubpost, we'll give reasonable notice where we can, and you'll still be able to export your graphics from your phone.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, the app is provided "as is". We aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, for business losses, or for content you create or share. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Clubpost in the 12 months before the claim.

If you're a consumer in the UK, you have legal rights in relation to digital content that isn't as described, fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality. These terms don't affect those rights.

11. Ending these terms

You can stop using Clubpost at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, liability and governing law) survive the end of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let you know in the app. If you keep using Clubpost after the changes take effect, the new terms apply.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or the EU, you can also bring proceedings where you live and benefit from your local consumer protection laws.
